RBPCDC Program Overview

Our mission implements the strategies of Nehemiah Chapter 2 in the old testament for rebuilding the community and the gospel of Luke 4:18 in the new testament for helping those in need. Our sole purpose is to raise the social, educational and economic levels of low-income citizens by providing long-term quality of life improvements.

As a faith based community development corporation we are a business with a conscience and a theology. It responds to people as a whole; it doesn't single out just spiritual or just physical needs; it speaks to both. Faith based does not mean RBPCDC proselytize the community it serves to a particular faith, however, RBPCDC operates on the basis of its Christian faith.
